Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use SkyUnfold Studio OS ("Studio OS"), run by SkyUnfold, India. By creating an account or joining early access you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Studio OS.

1. The service

Studio OS is an online workspace for creative and marketing agencies: leads, clients, projects, approvals, a client portal, quotes and invoices. It is in early access, so features may change, improve or be removed.

2. Your account

• Give correct details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done from your account and by team members you invite.
• You must be 18 or older and allowed to agree to these terms for your agency.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

3. Plans and payments

• The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown in the app.
• Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown in the app, plus GST where it applies. You can cancel any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
• Payments already made are not refunded for unused time, unless the law requires it.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from your next billing period.

4. Fair use

Do not use Studio OS to:

• break any law, or send spam or unwanted bulk messages (follow WhatsApp's business rules, DND / TRAI rules and anti-spam laws);
• upload harmful, illegal or copied content you don't have rights to;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or access other agencies' data;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the software.

5. Your content

Everything you add to Studio OS stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Business details found by the lead search come from public sources; check them before you rely on them, and contact businesses responsibly.

6. Availability and backups

We work hard to keep Studio OS running and your data safe, but the service is provided "as is". There may be downtime or errors. Please export important data (Excel / PDF) regularly.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, SkyUnfold is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, lost clients or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Suspension and closing accounts

You can stop using Studio OS and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or has unpaid dues. Where possible we'll warn you first.

9. Changes and law

We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use Studio OS means you accept the new terms. These terms follow the laws of India, and courts in India decide any dispute.
