SkyUnfold Studio OS ("Studio OS", "we", "us") is run by SkyUnfold, a design and video studio in India. This page explains, in simple words, what information we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1. What we collect

• Early-access form: your name, agency name, email, phone / WhatsApp number, city and team size.
• Your account: your name, email, agency name and password. We store passwords only as a secure one-way hash. Nobody, including us, can read them.
• What you put in Studio OS: leads, clients, projects, tasks, quotes, invoices, messages and files. This is your data. We only use it to run the service for you.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and sign-in times. We use these to keep accounts safe, stop spam and fix problems.
• Cookies: one essential cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

2. How we use it

• To run Studio OS and its features (pipeline, client portal, invoices, lead search and so on).
• To contact you about early access, your account, support and important changes.
• To keep the service secure (rate limits, blocking abuse, sign-in protection).
• To send password-reset emails and other messages you ask for.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your workspace data to advertise to you.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers we need to run Studio OS, such as hosting, email delivery, maps / business-listing data for lead search and, if you switch it on, payment providers like Razorpay. They may only use the data to provide their service to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.

4. Your clients' and leads' data

When you add details of your clients or leads, you decide what is stored and how you contact them. Please make sure you have a fair reason to hold and use that data, and follow WhatsApp's rules and anti-spam laws when you message people.

5. Where and how long we keep it

Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Saved API keys are encrypted. Our servers may be located outside India. We keep your data while your account is active. Early-access details are kept for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (for example tax invoices).

6. Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us to: see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw your consent. Email us and we'll reply within 30 days.

7. Children

Studio OS is a business tool for people aged 18 and over.

8. Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date above. For big changes we'll tell account holders by email or inside the app.
